What Were The Plans?
The clients had lived with a small kitchen for some time and were delighted with their much-awaited new contemporary design.
The main idea was to increase the size of the room and mak eth espace more useable
What Were Your Colour Choices?
We opted for the soothing tones of beige with accents of ebony zebrano to punctuate the scheme.
What Was The First Immediate Improvement ?
By doubling the size of the original kitchen and moving away from dark flooring and timber cabinetry, we now love the open feel of the space it has given us.
With such a transformation the clients were keen to inject the ‘wow-factor’.
Working closely with the designer at Courts, blending the sleek, smooth lines of the solid surface worktops with soft curves in the cabinetry they have achieved exactly the look they had in mind.
Any concerns about the design being overpowered by the size of the room were quickly eliminated as the final scheme has just the right balance of practicality and stunning visual appeal.
